Malolactic in barrel
The mild weather we have had throughout October has encouraged malolactic conversion. Here you can see the tell-tale bubbles winking at the brim in a barrel of Syrah.

Oak barrels Very excited to take delivery of 3 bourgogne barrels today, just in time to receive some of the 2014 vintage. 2 Francois Frères and 1 Demptos. They look new but are in fact one year old.
